- Fully Tuned cars will have 815 HP max after transferring
- One Banapassport card can keep up to 100 cars in one card
- Player allowed to change the car's name upon transferring

Wangan Terminal Info:
- Player can use Wangan Terminal to transfer their card or change their car's Dress Up
- Player can change any Dress Up freely with 180 seconds of time
- Player can only transfer one car at one time. Which means, you have to do transfer 100 times for 100 cars - No renew required - Inspection color will be given every 60 plays

Story Mode Info:
- Story Mode are now 60 Chapters
- 825 HP cars in 3DX+ will start at Chapter 115 with 815 HP
- 820 HP cars in 3DX+ will start at Chapter 111 with 800 HP
- 815/810 HP cars in 3DX+ will start at Chapter 101 with 800 HP
- Player will get 830 HP right before the Final Chapter ( ex. Chapter 59 or 119 )
- Player will get WMMT3/3DX/3DX+ BGM and New Yellow Tachometer after completing Story Mode in WMMT4 for the first time
- Player will get 10 Outrun BGM and New Red Tachometer after completing Story Mode in WMMT4 for the second time
- Player will get WMMT2 BGM after completing Story Mode in WMMT4 for the third time
- Story Mode difficulties increased

Ghost Battle Info:
- Dress Up Level Increased to 83
- New Rims, Stickers, Aero Sets, Bonnet, and Carbon Trunk
